Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, Alchemy Herbarium does not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases.
All of our items are carefully crafted and packaged to ensure quality and freshness. As many of our products are consumable, personal-use, or perishable, we cannot resell returned items, even if unopened.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@alchemyherbarium.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.
